OPAM

This is my kitchen. When we originally moved in here, about 3 1/2 years ago, I thought it would be fun to have a red wall, but I've outgrown it and am so done with it. So this is going to be my "One Project A Month" - OPAM. My goal is to have this wall painted over, as well as the rest of the kichen (which walls are grey), by the end of February. We have some left over paint from our other house, so I won't need to buy any supplies, but it's just a matter of getting to it that might be tricky. I'll keep you posted!

Ohhh, and this is me. Still prego and enjoying every second of it. :D Except the nightly heartburn that has recently plagued me . . . that's one symptom that's simply cruel.

for the heartburn, I ate a small bowl of ice cream at night...I don't remember it really helping, but someone told me that it did and so I thought it was a great idea! No wonder I gained so much weight!!

There must be something about the third child and heartburn. I had it with all my pregnancies, but it was about 200% worse with Bridget. I actually would avoid dairy...and opt for a sugar-free popsicle instead!

You look adorable as usual.

Sounds like a good solution to me! Ice cream always makes me feel better!

What a great idea to have one project a month to improve on. I might actually get things done if I had that goal. Ok, my project is to get my hallway painted. Thanks for the inspiration!

I am glad you are doing well, other then the heartburn, with thep pregnancy. Keep us posted.

PS
I am glad to see you back on-line! I have missed you and your updates!

I would eat either ice cream or a bowl of cereal. Obviously the cereal didn't clear it up, but the milk at the end helped to relieve it. I'm sure it would make more sense to just drink a glass of milk, but I don't care for milk solo.

I love your OPAM! That is such a wonderful idea!
The only thing i found that helped with my heartburn was downing the water. Whenever i would feel it coming on, i would make myself drink a huge glass of water. It will make you have to go potty all night, but i thought it was better than heartburn!
