While Alex was at school on Friday, Tony, Emma and I went with some good friends of ours to a scrapbook warehouse where I picked up a few super cool things for so cheap. While walking around looking at the cute stuff, I started thinking. I haven't scrapbooked anything for Emma - EVER. I started feeling so terrible I almost burst into tears. Well, I think I might have scrapbooked a couple of her ultrasound pictures, but those don't really count since she looks a little different now. I can't believe my baby is almost TWO. Man alive.
Tony was so super nice & helpful at the scrapbook warehouse. He was helping me carry around all sorts of stuff, took care of Emma, and was super patient while I deliberated which sets of stickers I really wanted. Thanks hubby, you were great!
And then I got to thinking some more. My hubby is so lucky that he's still in one piece. During my latest rant about my hubby, I just about ripped him in two. And in light of a recent discovery, I now understand why I was feeling so... explosive.
The 4 of us made a late night trip to Walmart last night after leaving my brother's house. I picked up a prego-test and took it this morning. I merely tinkled on it and it gave me a super bright positive. Yes people, it's true. He knocked me up.
When am I due? I have NO idea. Seriously, Tony's been staying in Mesa so much the past few months (which has been because he works 60 miles from home and we didn't want to pay so much for gas), I can barely remember the times that we've been intimate. But I guess it only takes once. My last cycle was in the beginning of August, so maybe May-ish? Who knows. It's just been the last week or so that my "chi-chi-s" (as Alex calls them) have been sooo sore, which prompted me to take the test. So, to say the least, I'm super excited. I've been itching for another little one.
...I guess it's time to get off my blog and go & tell the dad-of-3-to-be about it, huh :D

Congratulations!
Prengancy is always my excuse for my irrational moments.....
Way to go, Tony. We knew you could do it!
Whooo hoo congrats Connie!
YAY - I am SUPER excited for you. I guess that would explain all the emotional outbursts. I can't wait to see when you are due - so that we can figure out when this intimate moment really happened. Maybe it was the mailman, or the UPS guy. I know Tony's been in the doghouse for a while and he's been staying in Mesa - so it must have been a long time. You made us laugh!!
Congratulations Connie! That's so exciting!
Super exciting! I'm somewhat envious, but I don't think we'll be having any more. Although if Josiah suddenly decided he thought we should, I'd for sure say "OK!"
Congratulations!
YAY! Keep posting updates on the big news...due date, sex, names....etc. Hope you're feeling well.
WOO HOO!! The kids are so excited to know they are going to have another cousin and so are we. I have to tell you that I am getting a little pregnancy envy with all these people I know getting pregnant, but we are definitely a completed family. Just think it would be fun to have a baby the same time as all my sisters! Keep us updated and we will be sure to rub the tummy when you come in November!
Congratulations!!! I'm so happy for you guys. Babies are such blessings in disguise!!!! You are a super mom of two and now you can be a super mom of three!!
Love, Amber
