This is her...she's the best. She's 8 months pregnant and has had one of the hardest pregnancies in the history of baby making. I've talked to her so much the past couple of days, whining about my money (the lack thereof) issues. So what did she do? She dragged her prego exhausted self and her 3 year old son to Wal-mart, showing up at my house at 9pm with a bunch of food. Totally made me cry.
What kind of person does that? KARA, that's who. This is the girl that I've known since high school and have loved dearly since. We went on so many ridiculous double dates together back in the day. This is the girl that, while having a terrible time trying to conceive, threw me an amazing baby shower for Emma. This is the girl that took Alex into her home and took great care of him while I was in the hospital having Emma. This is the girl that dropped EVERYTHING to take care of both Alex and Emma (who was only 2 1/2 weeks old at the time), while Tony and I rushed to the hospital after getting the phone call that my mom was suddenly dying. She's the most Christ-like person that I know and she's such a blessing in my life. I only hope that I am half the support and example to her that she has been to me all these years. Thank you for everything! I love you Kara!
