We own this home in Tolleson, which is just west of Phoenix, off of 99th Avenue & Lower Buckeye. We're currently renting it to a great couple, but because of financial issues and an upcoming baby, they've decided not to renew their lease this coming October. Thus, even in this difficult market, we've decided to try to sell it. If you know of anyone looking for a great home to purchase (OR RENT), please let me know!! I've also decided that it would be better for our family financially if I also try to sell my 2004 Honda Odyssey. We're only asking $16,000 for it. I have to check to be certain, but I believe it has around 85,000 miles, has the DVD entertainment system, grey leather interior, tow package, remote entry, auto sliding doors (also with remote), rear air, lots of extras and GREAT for a family! It's a seriously awesome van and I LOVE it, but we are in a tough financial spot and we can do without for a while. What? Selling your van? You loved that van so much. Good for you though for being responsible! I hope that you can sell both of them. I forgot how many miles it has on it so I can tell whoever if it comes up. I can't wait to see you again in a couple of weeks! Love you.
Wow. Beautiful house! I LOVE IT. But I don't want to move all the way to the "other" BFE. Our BFE is good enough for me!
