Alex graduated Karate tonight and is now officially a Yellow belt! He's a force NOT to be messed with! He's learned some pretty awesome self-defense tactics, as well as "stranger danger" moves. We're super proud of him and excited to see him learn more cool stuff this summer!

Ohh, she's sooo adorable!
My dad (pictured left) has been hanging out with the kids and I the past couple of days. It was really nice of my dad to take a couple of days off of work to come & play with the kids so that I could rest...of which I haven't been doing, but that's OK, we've still been enjoying his company! Pictured right is Alex with his Sensei (please excuse his partial nudity).

I look really tired . . . I wonder why.

Congrats, dude! You are awesome! Summer time and the livin's...tough on mamas!! Courtney gets out next week and I can't wait to have a little more free time (not going to therapy twice a week during the summer will free up my days!)
PS-before I read the comments about how YOU look I was thinking to myself...WOW she looks amazing! Didn't she just have a baby? So (besides being white, sorry about that) you look great!
