Diapers Galore

I read about this diaper deal on Allison's AZ Deals and I thought I'd try it out! When I went to Walgreens, the pickings were already slim, and later the cashier told me that some other girls had been in there earlier doing the same deals so I was glad that I actually got some diapers! This may, or may not, work at other Walgreens other than around here. I don't know, but it might be worth a shot! Anyways, here's what I did and got...

Transaction # 1:

4 packs of diapers - on sale for $5.99 each = $23.96

(I got various sizes since there were a few of each left)

(Allison does 3 at a time, but I didn't know that the $5.00 off 2 coupon would work with just 3, so I bought 4)

Used EZ Saver catalog coupon $5.00 off 2 packs = $10.00
Used Pharmacy coupon (ask me, or read Allisons website for details) - $2.00 off each = $8.00

Total: $7.03
*Also received a register receipt (RR) for $5.00 to use towards my next purchase!


Transaction # 2:

8 packs of diapers @ $5.99 each = $47.92

(Used the same coupons, cashier just had to scan each one once, didn't need multiple coupons)

Used EZ Saver catalog coupon $5.00 off 2 packs = $20.00
Used Pharmacy coupon - $2.00 off each = $16.00
Also used my $5.00 RR

Total: $9.06

I rolled down to another Walgreens down the street and did it again.

24 packs of diapers @ $5.99 each = $143.76 + tax.

Today, I got 24 packs of diapers (700 diapers in all) for $32.18

That's about $1.34 each. Not too shabby at all.
