Wedgie Wednesday

Wedgie Wednesday is all about things that are a pain in the rear, things which are annoying and terrible, those necessary evils in our lives.

LAUNDRY

On Monday, I did at least 8 loads of laundry, folded, put it all away, hung everything up, etc. My house always smells so nice after I put away all the fresh clean clothes in everyones bedrooms.

After doing so much laundry into the wee hours of the night, Tony finally came home. I love my man, but when he comes home from work, he smells like the nasty funky people he has to work around all day. So he goes into the bathroom to shower and puts his dirty roo's on the floor and leaves them there. So when I wake the next morning and head into the bathroom, it WREAKS a smell that no human should be exposed to. After yet another lecture and giving him the dirtiest look I've got, I then, very grudgingly, take his dirty undies to the laundry room. My laundry room then stinks to high heck until there's enough dirty nasty roo's to do a full load of laundry, which could take a few days. This is a never ending terrible, terrible cycle.

Maybe I just need to suck it up, try to be like Mr. & Mrs. Packman, do it with a smile on my face and be grateful that I actually have a washer & dryer (very cool ones, by the way).

OH - and since I've been at work the past 2 days, who knows how much laundry I'll have waiting for me to take care of tomorrow. Blah. Oh well, such is my life.
